Styly Cee radio show, Saturdays 6-8pm
Here's some big news FOR THOSE IN THE NOTTS AREA.
We wanted to give you a quick heads up to let you know that none other than the legendary Styly Cee starts a new regular radio show on Nottingham licensed 97.5 Kemet FM as of tomorrow (IT WAS GONNA BE ONLINE AS WELL, BUT THAT DOOESN'T SEEM TO BE WORKING - WE'LL LET YOU KNOW IF THAT CHANGES)
SATURDAYS, 6-8pm.
This will be a regular weekly fixture.
For those who know Styly only through his peerless productions on Son, he has form in this area, having hosted a long-running regular Saturday teatime show on Nottingham's much-missed Heatwave Radio (RIP) waay back in the mid 90s. A little older, a little wiser, he now returns to burn with 2 hours of non-playlisted heat. You're unlikely to hear the new Lil' Wayne tune, but you will hear plenty of good music, killer jingles and some tell-it-like-it-is Tony Blackburn-style no-nonsense radio-DJ-ness.. We can't wait..
